Used to be a nurse, I think, in one of them IVF clinics, then went to be tech support for Firriver. Has a motherly tone, chiding us programmers for this or that. Which can be annoying at times, but I'd rather keep her as she is, for she's our eyes watching our app from the users' world, while knowing the right names of things (most of the time).

Quit after about ten years (or was fired, who'd know), abruptly, without any signs in the last hours. Then when Nick and Kees came here, I heard that she had zero experience before Firriver, she was fresh from the college. Neat trick, when it passes.
