The good guy in the background at SFBC. He was in charge of putting people together, doing the admin stuff on the servers related to our work, and generally the red blood cell of the system. At some point I was wondering how competent he was - I know I had explained some things to him two or three times, and he still wouldn't do them until months later. But then it's possible he was caught in too much red tape.
When he left there, we felt like their side has suffered amnesia. His successor was some poor girl who didn't know where to start, and pretty much got lost. Soon she was replaced with some other girl, who seems to be actually better than him and fighting for the cause. Things that previously took months now got resolved in a couple of weeks.
The funny thing is that her job description now reads "Feds manager". We are creating jobs :).
