Mix of leftover meat from a pig that doesn't go into anything else - ears, pieces of skin, cheeks, jowl, heart, kidneys, all cooked into a thick jelly, with ground pepper and a bit of garlic, stuffed into the pig's own bladder. Kind of related to pihtije but tastes quite different - they share only that jelly-like texture. There's much more black pepper in this.
