The dress rehearsal of the show for the 29th at Zmaj. One guy with electric guitar (later turned out to be mathematician, played with Adža for a while, was pals with Strle in Boston or thereabouts, died around 2012) was very nervous and made a lot of mistakes, obviously not ready or having a first time stage fright.
I was trying to get the position of the curtain guy - being in the centre of the action, specially as Tejka will be the MC, but then it turned out there won't be a curtain. They screwed up something when they packed it last time and now there's no time to fix the runners. Meanwhile, took a better look at Oli Boj and found out she needs to do some more growing, in all directions. She's fun, though, but not quite a chick yet.
On 26th I was elected the president of youth organization - which actually includes the 8th grade only and does absolutely nothing. The whole staff was unanimous in their wish to force me to have a haircut. And my main actor too. This we will do, but after the show. What can they do when we appear in such a solemn setting, make a scene?
Turns out we swam out of this one nearly unscathed. "It was a beginner barber, couldn't let him do what he hasn't learned yet" and such bullsht. The whole setup behind the scenes at the show was lots of fun, but I skipped that page when reshooting; it ends up with "...and Oli Boj just deadpan inserts two fingers into the cup and pulls out the lemon slice".
When we went out, on the street we saw an old woman with thick glasses running a špediter - horse cart with truck wheels - at what we estimated was 40kmh. We thought that was hilarious.

Later, when a window was smashed in the school, the quip „window must fall“ made rounds. The point is that in Bosnia there are many placs with funny names, and in the movie, the message was „Prozor (window) must fall“.
