Ralph wants to know how is his pet project (translation) going on, namely the export to excel for translators, then them translating it in it, then importing back into the translator form. However, can’t do it without excel, which IS installed on both support-01 and dev-01, but with a license which doesn’t let it stay open when accessed via RDP call. Checked yesterday, still so. Talked with Karl, as Ralph wants to know (and he doesn’t talk with anybody directly, only via his lieutenants). Ralph also came with the bright idea to install Office356 – which is ridiculous. We have replied to dozens of clinics who installed it that it won’t work with Ideas because it’s not automatable, and we already have a canned response for such. But he doesn’t read documentation. Well, his pet project is humstrung by himself.

Result: excel was installed within the hour.

The Operation team still hasn’t produced any answer to yesterday’s question about primary keys.

(... 14 words...) Anita fell asleep in Stanley's hands :).

On the fridge, the heap grows. Presently: four or more bars of large (400g? 500g?) milk chocolate with whole hazelnuts (which used to be our favourite for years in SFRY then vanished with the rest of it), four Kinder eggs, two cups of playdo, a pack of ratluk, two bags of lolipops (I'd say 12 or 20 each), two bags from BioŠpajz/BioSpajiz/Spajz/Špajz (see špajiz), few more items invisible on the bottom of the plek, a can of Raid in the back. On the freezer box, the basket (one that's supposed to be inside) holds a roll of aluminium foil, cling wrap foil, plazma keks, carton of eggs (10-pack, not dozen, this is the metric Europe!). The tray in the middle (... 4 words...) holds three bags of different breads of various age. Could be some may be moldy already. We just don't eat enough bread nowadays, to justify the effort in baking our own, so she stopped. I love bread and fondly remember it. On the right there's a packaging box of about 7l, with mostly coconut-flour sweets, cream bananas and few smaller items on the bottom. On freezer's right side there's one of those italian movable shelves from the nineties or even eighties, with bags of nacho tortilla chips, čipsi ("rebrasti salt" aka "ribbed slani" being the only good one, previously the classic was the only edible one), popcorn. Most of it from Lidl.

In the evening Stanley was on the phone with someone, either the young Russian learning tricks of the trade from him, or one of the guys minding the shop while he's away.
