Roasting service. Basically, you bring your own piglet on a spit and they roast it for you. Previously, these were rare, and you took yours to bakers, who'd roast it in a side plate. In XXI century, however, these are becoming popular, specially as the places where you can either buy the materials for barbecue (specially the premix for ćevapčići), or buy them freshly roasted, as a takeout.
Eva's husband had one (spelled Pecenjara instead of pečenjara, in true engrbian style), which he then closed and started renting the space to debelamačka. Last few years promes also roasted.
