(Place, tavern, firm, Yugoslavia)

In short, city mills and bakery. Also cake factory, macaroni factory and maybe they added a few functions. I went there a lot while I was in DBA... lots of common history. Her father was baking pogačice there every night.

An important part of the kombinat until those were banned. Then it got bought into some chain, but generally not heard of. Some parts of it still work, but I don't see their frozen cakes (that one just had to bake in the oven) anymore, even though they were the first with it, could as well be their invention. But there are now dozen others who do that.

In their hayday (eighties and most of nineties) they were the only supplier of those cakes to the vojska. Did them really well. Though, I was too early to see any of those during my stint there.
