Foam concrete, or concrete foam. Poured into blocks - probably rather big blocks, and then cut into various sizes. Those we bought were 60x30x25 cm, where the 25 was supposed to be the thickness of the wall. I somehow screwed up the calculation and ordered almost 40% more than needed so we 1) made the walls 30 cm thick, 2) built the garage, 3) cut the remainder and had almost the right amount for the partition walls when we were building the upstairs.

While building with it, we heard stories that it's radioactive, that it attracts yellow ants and that it isn't such a good insulator. All wrong - except the last, which we made up with the thickness. And it was easier to put fewer layers of stuff on the walls - just plaster and then the outside layer.

It was produced by some factory in Bosnia, of which I never heard again. Now it resurfaced as Ytong - and I don't know if that's the same factory. The blocks look smoother and even have grooves on the narrowest side, so they fit into each other much better.
