29-VI-1995.

Joška was on vacation this time, or next or next... whenever. So Vanji and I were returning alone, over Szeged, during the day. He treated me a lunch and beer (something with a german name, good) on a restaurant on the bank of Tisa, and then went to buy a bicycle, mountain sportster, for his younger son. Nice, how do we carry it over? Well, we aren't going to Horgoš, we take Đala, which is a smaller crossing, people avoid it because it works only in daylight.

That one was crowded too, but not too much. So at about 200m before the line, I took out the bike from the trunk, rode it a dozen meters over a dirt sideroad, just to dirty the tires, and then packed a duffel bag with three bottles of coke and some salties. Rode it over the border. The customs guy just asked what's up, I said „well the children a throwing a party, so dad, go get the supplies“. Luckily, he doesn't see my passport, so the story held - I still have some 80km to home, but the passport I show to the cop, who then isn't interested in my bag.

So I passed. In Đala, the road splits left and right, and those without brakes go straight into the tavern. Right there I picked a table with good view of cars coming, parked the bike behind me, ordered a beer and waited. Amidst second beer, there he comes. How did it go? Great, the tab for these beers is on you.

Today back to work, over Horgoš.

On 27th I generated g_var for MXM cooperation, i.e. Acc157, which may have been only their weigh station app, aka Paor or Otkup; it merged into Acc157 later.
