OpšteTehničko Obrazovanje - general technics education. It was a class we had since grade 5 until the 4th grade of gimnazija, i.e. eight years, where we'd learn various things about how things work, how to use tools, how to make (and read) technical drawings, house wiring diagrams, how to fix things etc. There was even some projection drawing, reading three projections and deducing how the thing actually looks, including weird wireframes. In 6th grade we made things out of 5mm plywood - kiosks, model boats, in 7th we soldered sheet metal.
