Should be of Romanian origin, judging by the last name, but not necessarily in any large percentage. Member of DC-99 from early years (not first three, IIRC), moderately good as a photographer, he rather used photography and the club to develop some organizational skills, and start climbing through the hierarchy of the youth organizations (SSOJ at the time), until he started attending coctail parties at the local top and eventually got a job in the bank - we can't have a social-political worker (i.e. a politician, in then PC-speak) without a job, can we?
Nowadays, he's dispatching the junk mail to the kids to drop it into our mailboxes - she saw him several times by the van, cca 2013, handing them out. The advertisers are too cheap to use regular mail, or they don't trust the post.
