In Sale's mask (i.e. form) generator, my version now already (opisfmm4.prg), this comment:
attempt to have under mfoxplus a version which would be called interasctively (with a mask for some fields) and then with parameters to generate the rest (a opisfm/opisfmg pair). In parallel a batch [one] which can be then called directly, with parameters.
Eh, this was easier later, when the very next version of fox allowed the called code to manage the parameters not passed - the omitted parameters' value would always be .f., i e a logical false. And the .f. didn't have to be typed uppercase. Actually, lowercase was already acceptable, but in all the examples given it was uppercase, so everybody typed them so. Soon lot of utility code will begin with parameter checking, thus avoiding the existence of parallel versions - one which would take parameters (and then be run with them straight away, that's the 'batch' process) and the other interactive, which would ask for them.
I somehow thought Čuta and USP would come here, but remembering more details, that part goes to 1992.
