A guy from Microsoft, who was on the Fox team but had more ear for official company policy than for Fox itself. I've read accounts of how he effectively sabotaged the product when such action would help his climbing through Redmond hierarchy.
One such account was from Zero, where he staged a demo where he showed how VB6 was actually much faster than fox when dealing with SQL data. One of the damages done by the bombing of 1999 was that I wasn't there to debunk his smoke and mirrors.
