Radio Mileva is the gossip network, usually performed by stay-at-home wives, busybody widows or just old girls with too much time. They visit other ladies in the neighborhood, have some coffee and chat about everybody else. So it spreads.
Though, it's traditionally not limited to women: the best and juiciest gossip is spread over a drink at work or in a tavern. That's often more politics or business related, but anyone's unrecommended love affair, specially if it may be trouble, takes precedence.
Mileva is a normal female name - qv Mileva Ajnštajn (Einstein), who had nothing to do with it.
