This came into being as a logical continuation of the montage floor app, which had the recursive assembly of parts and subassemblies in a self-referencing table, only turned into assembly of dishes.
Additionally, it counted the drinks, by the shot and by the bottle, so the bar would have an exact inventory in the evening. Orders were memorized by tables and rounds (because "I pay the next round" is taken seriously by waiters, while "everyone pays their own" is rare). It ran for a while in MXM and at Zeki's place.
