The portal2.0 team resumed secret meetings, i.e. on m$ teams, not on skype, and any document published on the meeting is visible only to the invited. They don’t publish in confluence.

For interfaces and special services team, Jevgenij proposes scrum meetings and weekly plans, which is laughable – there can’t be plans because all those involve dealing with clients’ IT staff, getting details on protocols, waiting for response, for access, for a certain person to return from vacation etc etc – planning is futile. Still he insists.

Jevgenij claims he’s now Nina’s boss and that she shouldn’t be doing the hl7 thing for UZW that Jan told her to do. When was that decided? Two weeks ago on the meeting. Well, nobody told her – wasn’t invited, wasn’t informed of decisions. Jevgenij claims Jan was on that meeting.

Few hours later, Ralph tells her to just go on with that UZW thing. I guess Jevgenij also wasn’t informed of everything.

For lunch, I just ordered fresh barbecue from promes, about 2,5kg of ćevapčići, mixed grill and grill sausage. It's Nina's birthday. Violet tried her new rollers (came complete with helmet and knee shields but didn't put them on this first time), no go. She's too scared and doesn't really like counterintuitive instructions, like that "push sideways". She tried a few more times during the summer but didn't learn to ride the rollers.

Next month we're switching from 15 liters of milk to nine liters a week. We simply don't use that much.

(wrote this on burundi two days later:)

It came to that that my saxo finally, after eight years, did not pass inspection. And not because anything not working, but

- missing piece of plastic below one headlight (for five years that was no problem)

- cracked paint on one spot on the engine hood. They told me to scrape it and spray paint it just to look okay on the shot. I meant to take it to the neighbor, he dresses the taxicabs in plastic, nope, can not do, takes a special permission.

- side turn signal fell out (okay, that is a malfunction)

The plastic piece and turn signal I ordered, should arrive today. If I manage to find the signal's wire, I should be able to do that all myself. As for paint, fuckit, angle grinder and spray, if I can hit the right shade. It's more of a problem with the backlights, where the printed board, because of a design error, lost contact on position and brake light. That's where water collected and metal simply vanished from the plastic and the socket rusted. It being a design error means that it happens to everybody, and being out of production for fifteen years now, means it's not sold anywhere.

And then the catch presents itself: there's an alternative, there are various aftermarket models, even with leds, but don't look like the original. Called them, asked whether it has an atest, said nope, we suffer the same trouble, all our cars have our ligths and for each one we have to stuff a thousand into someones pocket to have it pass.

In the end I took that, cost maybe 7000, looks much better than the original. Called Dane to ask whether that'll pass, but the majstor there didn't even want to come to the phone, wouldn't even shout an answer to the girl who answered the call, just heard him yell „well who fucks his mother, he better come over here!“. Is it so? Okay, deal. Went to Čvorak (starling, owner's nickname), an all-bosnian shop, but of the good kind, those always ready to help and have fun... About the body work he sent me to my neighbor around the corner, where the putty and paint job cost me some 8000, and for the backlight they explained that it's not any irregular fix, I didn't cut the metal to cram some oddbal piece into it, this fits exactly, so it's a proper repair, is okay. Doing my inspection and insurance with them ever since.
