During the portal meeting I complained about Ibraheem’s (or Geoff’s) setup on the localization server doesn’t allow me, the alleged admin user, to copy executables into my own temp directory, so faststartids.exe is useless. We’ve been bitching for years when clinics’ IT cerberi would lock us out like that (or in other imaginative ways), not allowing us to do our job, and now we’re doing it to ourselves. Two responses: this seems to be new policy around here, lock everyone out and let them in step by step, instead of granting ourselves full rights and locking everybody else out and, second, nobody knows who set that policy.
