We will be issuing new 'Conditions of Employment' to everybody in the next days formalizing all these matters, so there is no confusion on.

Now when David goes Proper Casing Everything that’s almost usual. The „he has reached out“ is downright doublespeak – he definitely did not until pushed. The new CoE document would be interesting – there never was any old one to compare against. And we aren’t employed, and many of us aren’t even contractors. Seems to me that the new management team wants to prove its usefulness by fixing many things which weren’t broken. OTOH, things that were a bit chaotic but worked are now complicated and often have protocol above substance.

As of 4-mar-2019, the so-called “Conditions of Employment” are still missing.

In Klincaid the wild hyacinth is in blossom, and I finally got decent color on the shots (did once before, though). This special blue usually burns through the capabilities of the CCD in eos70 (and eos40 was worse). The weeds have gone wild, had to mow a lot.

Got nice skype shots of the babies nursing. They are so beautiful.

Lena sent a shot of a plant growing from the kitchen sink's overflow vent :).

Go is also into gardening - sent us shots of a nice head of lettuce growing, and of Neša raking the soil.
