Howdy Folks – before I head to UK /Belgium/Switzerland today (return on 27th) – Like to introduce a new member of Team, Karl. He is a Project Manager with a brief to Organize, High-Level, Projects/Installations/Development Pathways/Documentation across both North America and Euro (and everywhere else we operate!). Aware that things are in various cubby holes, Karl (who brings Large Enterprise experience, and worked with Briyesh on several) will try to bring a Project Management ‘Discipline’, Organization-wide, to bear. So that, among other things, timelines are established, and things don’t get lost in the fray and cubby holes (as We are All Busy, and Focused, on the Client Level). He lives outside Toronto, so Eastern North American Time Zone. One of several announcements I hope to make in the not-too-distant to add Resource (‘Man-Power’/’People Power’) to Development and Support, too. He will be with us Full Time and I’ve asked Geoff to get him email address etc.
So, workforce, “hope soon”. It’s not even “real soon now”. But we get more management, to get discipline. Fuck yeah.
David's art of picking words to capitalize is higher poetry than I can comprehend. But I enjoy reading his proclamations loud, pronouncing every propercased word with as much emphasis as if it was a first word in a public address.
