The Grand Art of Spell

With orthography which follows the only firm rule of its grammar ("we don't need rules, we have lists"), english language is a lot of trouble for those who try to use it. With vowels being unclear whenever not accented, after two vowel shifts (evening and night shift, workers being tired in both), it's no miracle that spelling and casting a spell have closely related meanings. This list is statistically incorrect, because for most of the top offenders I stopped gathering examples after a few years.
